Testimonials

"...in order to change tissue within a typical one hour massage, a therapist needs to warm tissue quickly, usually with the healing of friction of repetitive touch. Changes in tissue are much easier when temperature can be applied to various places on the body at once. Thermalballs act as an extension of the therapist's anatomy enabling a revolutionary massage with bonus therapy for the practitioner (better quality and ergonomically easier on the anatomy of the professional). Thermalballs feel like your skin, supple, but can traverse bony prominences without interruption in acupressure or temperature. Thermalballs stimulates the body's vascular and lymphatic systems to flush toxins, dead cell matter and bacteria. Contrast thermal therapy replenishes the affected area with fresh oxygenated blood and nutrients. Cold thermalballs constrict blood vessels and encourage the lymphatic system to clear fluids and damaged tissue by-products. Swelling is reduced and an analgesic effect is produced relieving the pain associated with strains, sprains and bruises. Pain relief from backaches, Arthritis, Sciatica nerve pain, Heel Spurs pain, Plantar Fasciitis pain along with general muscle massage and hot cold pack therapy, can be achieved with Thermalball therapy. By increasing (or decreasing) the temperature in selected areas of the body, thermal therapy enhances blood circulation and helps muscles to relax, reducing stiffness and increasing mobility...."

"...thermalball products just work better!

Thermaball delivers deep heat or icy cold to all areas of the body due to the suppleness of the ball, penetrating ruggedness and "tacky" exterior. It allows you to get into contours that you normally can't affect with compression and decompression - plain and simple...."

In my years of practice I have been tempted by tools that could help me, or make it easier on my body or better for the client. Most all of the tools I have tried do not have longevity. Either the client gets bored or the device doesn't meet expectation.

There are only three tools that really fit into my practice and Thermaball is one that I am so happy to have...

I have found Thermaballs natural to use, require little learning curve and fit into the routine perfectly. Eventually every good massage therapist will want them as part of their arsenal...

"I used one in Therapy on Thursday and I loved it the best produce I have used in a long time..."

I use the icyballs very effectively on people with varieties of neuromuscular problems like plantar fasciatis, migraine head aches, low back stiffness, circulation problems in upper traps, gastrocnemius, etc. The results are very remarkable. People get significant relief and I see icyballs as a useful tool in the process of healing. The icyballs compliment me to perform deep tissue and muscle release techniques easily. They reduce the strain on my hands. It is a great product.

I started using the icyball in my pain management practice to help my chronic pain sufferers. This is the best way to use ice therapy on Plantar Fasciitis and Heel Spurs. Thanks for the quick delivery

On Tuesday, one of my daughters pulled a muscle running the bases. My wife drove home and picked up the large one. My daughter was using it on her thigh and told us after that it worked better then an ice pack. My daughters all use them after practice and games on their arms and shoulders. These products work great.
If you need anyone to testify or speak highly of these products I will.

I used the two smaller thermalballs last night during a stone massage, and they were wonderful. They didn't warm as quickly as the stones, but stayed warm longer. I won't always use them only with stone massage, but can see myself incorporating them into most sessions.

They clean up nicely with soap and water, or with alcohol. The guy at the conference said they can go in the dishwasher, but alas, the little house where I am living at the moment doesn't have one.

I loved the way they rolled under my hand --- the client loved the broad compression surface. They can go over bony prominences nicely without causing pain. I just loved them! Haven't done the cold one yet --- but anticipate that will be great too. Loved the way I could get around the scapula, around the greater trochanter and ischium!

If you're worried about the staining ---- use the blue ones ---- they're bigger, but blue.

The surface is rubbery feeling --- they're easy to grip, and when I relaxed a bit, they sort of spin in the palm of my hand allowing longer strokes. LOVE THEM!

I alternated between using one in each hand and using only one with both hands ---- absolutely no thumbs needed and it was a dream for tired hands......

"My name is Cindy Blair. I am a licensed massage therapist here in NC.
I have a practice dealing with orthopedic massage and pain management.
I am a sports massage therapist.
I have used your product on a few of my clients and they have loved the cold effect of the thermalball.
Now, they want to purchase them. So, I would like to get some brochures and if possible a display for my office and purchase a supply of them.
I work alot of events-marathons, bike races, etc. in the triangle and can see a demand for thermalballs at these events...

I also have a few other massage therapists work for me and with me at these events and at a corporation where my company Massage For Life, Inc.
is contracted to do chair massage...

Thank you for such a great product which helps manage pain in my clients and myself.
I look forward hearing from you. Have a great day."

"I have heel spurs and couldn't walk, let alone run. I started using the thermalball (original) cold every day and have found that I can enjoy running again. I even entered into the Rock and Roll half marathon."

"Hello, my name is Greg Jones and I own and operate American Therapeutic Massage & Body Works in WinstonSalem NC. I use the thermalball product during my massage routine(Hot & Cold) and have had fantastic response from my clients. They not only enjoy the experience but end up purchasing the product for their family and friends. If you are a therapist or simply have pain I highly recommend the thermalball thermal product! "

Using the small Icy Ball on the back of my neck and shoulders really helps relieve the tension. I just stick the Icy Ball between me and the back of the couch and I can roll it around to wherever I need it the most. I thought the "cold" might cause my muscles to tighten up, but it has turned out to have quite the opposite affect!

I have had to use a "therapy" ball for back and hip pain for over a year. They really work but have to be re-inflated periodically. With a regular ball there is a two step process. Use the ball for therapy and then ice the affected muscles. With the Icy Ball, I can do two things at once! I put the ball over the muscle area that is causing the pain and simply lay on it. Since it is already cold I don't have to ice the muscle before or after therapy. They never get hard but have a nice "give" to them. Best of all I don't have to re-inflate them. Now that I found out I can also warm them I think I will use cold in the summer and warm in the winter. My physical therapist was very impressed when I showed it to her.

I use the original thermalball cold in the mornings on my drive to work, for my painful sciatica. I take it out of the freezer and sit on it for the duration of my 30 minute drive. The ball provides precise pressure-point relief, without being too hard. By the time I reach my destination, the pain is gone. Thank you so much for this product!

"We bought a 3-set of the thermalball at the Health and Wellness festival a few weeks ago. We participate in competitive high school volleyball tournaments about every other weekend in different cities in NC, SC, VA, WVA, FL. With a lot of sprains (unfortunately) occuring at these games..."
